Burgess Bed & Bath
A small, quietly rated B&B on South Burnt Cove Road in Stonington — the kind of place that runs on word of mouth and a Facebook page rather than a formal web presence. 4.5 stars from the handful of reviews that exist, which in a small town usually means it's reliable.
Burgess Bed & Bath is located at 120 South Burnt Cove Road in Stonington, set back from the harbor in a residential area a short drive from the village. It operates as a bed-and-breakfast with a low-key presence — no dedicated website, a Facebook page for contact and updates.
Burnt Cove Road runs along the southwestern edge of Stonington before curving toward the quieter reaches of the peninsula. The setting is away from the Main Street foot traffic, which suits guests looking for calm over convenience.
Details on room count and specific amenities are limited from public sources. With only two Google reviews but a 4.5 rating, it appears to be a reliable, personal-scale operation rather than a polished inn. Contact directly for rates and availability.
What Visitors Say
"Stayed here during the week honestly couldn't imagine being here on a weekend in the middle of summer. The room was very nice the staff was awesome the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars no ac and I sweet my butt off in the room when I was there. But that being said great place quaint arrangements and I'd stay again!"
